Digital transformation demands rapid educational adaptation. Teachers are education's frontline, yet a persistent gap exists between required and actual digital competencies. Sekolah Hamidah Sampurna in Bandung Regency promotes AI and Overleaf use, but teachers' limited digital skills perpetuate conventional content development. This program aims to enhance teachers' digital literacy and practical skills in integrating AI and Overleaf for effective teaching materials and academic administration. The method combines hands-on training with intensive mentoring, uniquely synergizing generative AI for content creation and LaTeX-based Overleaf for precise collaborative documentation. Results show significant competence improvement, with 60% of teachers rating the material highly comprehensible and relevant. The tangible impact is increased teacher autonomy in drafting modules and evaluation instruments quickly and systematically. Sustainability is recommended through internal peer-learning communities and integration into school subject forums (MGMP).Downloads
