Abstract

Cimaragas Village, Pangatikan Subdistrict, Garut Regency, holds significant MSME and tourism potential that has not been optimally managed digitally; the official village website’s "Lapak Desa" feature displayed only a single product entry, while tourism promotion remained scattered without an official aggregator. This community service activity revitalized the village’s digital platform through three integrated pillars: MSME economic facilitation, a tourism information portal, and modernized public services, using a participatory approach comprising needs analysis, WordPress-based platform development, multimedia content production, and capacity building for village officials through a 13-chapter operational guidebook. The culminating handover and training event was held on May 9, 2026, attended by the Village Head and officials, with ten respondents completing a satisfaction questionnaire. Evaluation results showed high satisfaction (82% strongly agree, 18% agree), along with the transformation of village officials into active content managers. Program sustainability was designed through handover of management to BUMDes Cimaragas.
