Copyright and Licensing

Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Bayanika (JPMB) applies a copyright and licensing policy that supports the open and responsible dissemination of knowledge while respecting the rights of authors as the owners of their scholarly works.

Copyright

Authors who publish articles in JPMB retain the copyright of their published articles. By submitting and publishing an article in JPMB, authors grant the journal the right to publish, distribute, archive, display, and disseminate the article through the journal website and other relevant scholarly publication media.

Authors are fully responsible for the content of the article, the originality of the manuscript, the accuracy of the data, the completeness of citations, the use of figures or tables, and compliance with publication ethics. If third-party materials are used, authors must ensure that the necessary permissions have been obtained or that the materials are used in accordance with applicable legal and academic ethical standards.

Licensing

Articles published in JPMB are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to read, download, copy, distribute, print, link to, reuse, and adapt the articles for lawful purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors and the original publication source.

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users must acknowledge the authors’ names, article title, journal name, volume, issue, pages, DOI if available, and the link to the original article. Reuse of the article must not be misleading, distort the main meaning of the work, or remove the required attribution information.

This policy aims to support open access, expand the dissemination of community service outcomes, increase the visibility of authors’ works, and encourage the use of published articles for academic, educational, research, and community development purposes.
