Digital transformation in education requires teachers to integrate technology into interactive, effective, and learner-centered instruction. However, limitations remain in teachers’ understanding and skills in selecting and using educational applications. This community service program aimed to improve the understanding and skills of teachers at Yayasan Pendidikan Amal Insan Rabbani Bandung in implementing active learning and utilizing educational applications to support learning digitalization. The program included needs identification, instructional sessions, application demonstrations, hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The training covered active learning practices and the use of Quizizz, Quizlet, and Mentimeter to enhance student interaction and engagement. Evaluation was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire and observations during practical activities. The results showed positive participant responses and improved teachers’ understanding and skills in using digital technology for learning. Hands-on activities also enabled participants to develop digital learning activities suited to teaching materials and student characteristics. Overall, combining pedagogical training, educational application practice, and mentoring effectively supports the development of teachers’ digital competence.
