Computer programming skills have become an essential competency in responding to the rapid development of digital technology and the demands of the modern workforce. However, many secondary school students still have limited understanding of basic programming concepts and their practical applications. This community service program aimed to improve the basic knowledge and skills of computer programming among 12th-grade students in the 2025/2026 academic year at MA Salafiyah Al Falah Bandung through Python programming training. The activity was conducted through several stages, including material preparation, introduction to basic programming concepts, Python demonstrations, hands-on practice in writing simple program codes, participant mentoring, and evaluation of students’ understanding. The training materials covered an introduction to Python, variables, data types, operators, conditional statements, loops, and simple problem-solving exercises. The results indicate that the training provided students with practical learning experience in using the Python programming language and improved their understanding of fundamental computer programming concepts. In addition, the program encouraged students to become more confident in learning information and communication technology independently. Therefore, this training contributed to strengthening students’ digital literacy and supporting the development of basic competencies in computer programming.
