Abstract

Cellular network learning in vocational schools is generally focused on theoretical instruction, resulting in limited practical experience in network performance measurement. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and practical skills of SMK Telkom Bandung students in measuring and analyzing 4G LTE network performance. The program involved approximately 70 students through module-based training combined with a hands-on learning approach. The activities included lectures, demonstrations of the G-NetTrack Pro application, drive test practice, network performance analysis, and questionnaire-based evaluation. The results showed that participants were able to understand the basic concepts of network performance measurement and operate G-NetTrack Pro to perform drive tests and interpret RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, RSSI, PCI, and throughput parameters. Participant evaluation indicated a high level of satisfaction, with 89.7% strongly agreeing with the quality of the implementation team and 74.4% expecting similar activities in the future. In addition, the program produced a training module that can be used as a supporting learning resource at SMK Telkom Bandung.
